CP Shades Julia Dress is a light and airy all-occasion dress. Sleeveless with a plunging overlap neckline. Adjustable drawstring waist with a front tie ribbon. With a full pleated skirt that falls lightly as the dress is made out of light cotton silk fabric. Dress has a straight cotton underskirt with a ruffled bottom that falls longer than the outer layer.
