Frances Valentine Blue Plaid Halter Dress

Reposhing this adorable Francis Valentine halter dress- went to wear it to a party the other day and it was way too small in the chest! The material is so summery and the built in bra is great for a halter dress. So sad, I love this dress and am now trying to find it in a size up. My loss is someone else’s gain!
