Never used, this was part of a bundle pack I bought and I already have this piece. I have been Fascia blasting for some time and it’s made such a difference for me. This piece is a great size for legs, arms, chest, etc. I also use this size a a back-of-neck massager. Handle also has the bullet points for spot treating and working out pain.
