vintage 14k yellow gold heart pendant with 16 small diamonds. The 14k stamp is visible on the back of the pendant, and the diamonds are open back to allow light to filter through (see photos). This was purched in the early 80s . It is in excellent, clean condition with no damage or missing diamonds.
