Is this a tight fit? Or meant to be loose? Also, I. Think it is like an a shape so could you please measure the waist and the bottom width at the hem so I know if it flares out

@lonna4sales Hi! I measured the bottom hem from side seam to other at approximately 25.4”. The waist is approximately 15” from side seam to other on waist back, as described. Hope this helps
