CeCe White Ruffle Blouse

Chic white blouse with ruffle details. Perfect for versatile styling. This top is so flattering! it covers the belly and accentuates your waist. It has elastic at the waist but it's not uncomfortable like some elastic waists are. I generally don't like tops with an elastic waist, but this was very comfortable and flattering. It has a v neck. It's white and a size medium. It doesn't wrinkle much but I had it packed away. If it's hung up it's fine. It's 100% cotton so lightweight. There really isn't any stretch to it. pit to pit 20" shoulder to hem is 23"
