this is a very comfy dress. meant to be loosly fitted. its a great put on fast ans GO. VERY CUTE. comfortable like no other.. comes with a slip attatched. no stains says 100%rayon and 100%polyester tags been ripped out of it so i dont know the brand 3 inch long straps....with off shoulder straps as well. 30 inches long from strap to bottom 16 inxhes across bust 25 inches across the bottom mildly stretchy
