To be honest I don’t think I ever wore this and now I don’t know why…it’s so cute! Well made with the very Spartina fringe on the sleeve ends and bottom of dress. There are many underwater creatures depicted - sea horses mermaids fish coral jellyfish starfish etc. features a crew neck with three quarter sleeves. Falls above the knee.
