VINTAGE 70s maxi dress ruffle‎ sleeveless brown floral L

Vtg 1970s floral sleeveless maxi dress. Ruffle detail around the neck and ties at the waist so its very flattering. Materials tag is missing but I'm pretty sure its polyester. This dress has a bit of stretch but is definitely a vintage size 14, which is more like a L, please refer to measurements. There is a spot near the bottom of the dress shown in the photos.
