Beautiful Italian made by Bally vtg buttery suede leather boots with newly replaced heels and soles. Just below the knee high for a 5’4 person. They are gorgeous and a great neutral pair of boots for any skirt. 3 1/2” heel and 14 7/8” shaft height approx 15 1/2” shaft circumference at top I personally never wore them out because my feet are very wide in the toe area.
