Vintage Reggio Beaded velvet halter gown

this beautiful stretch velvet dress comes off black and photos but it's really a deep navy blue or at midnight blue. There's seeds scattered around the collar in a fairly open back with some beating around the Tramp Stamp area lower back I guess it's a better way to say that a beautiful grass. There's a front slit for a little Leg Show Goes fairly High maybe to the knee little above. In excellent condition
