Size: 4 ~14.75" flat across waist ~17.75" long The reason, I found out, why it says to dry clean only, is because the red dye of the embroidery thread and the yellow dye of the silk is transferable. I laundered the item and so now there's just the faintest suggestion of red and yellow dye transfer on the front, but it's very easy to overlook as it's so light. Condition: Good preowned condition. Faint dot near the upper hem and some dye transfer from the red and yellow dyes from laundering on most white areas. Minor pilling on the inner lining (not visible from outside).
