Lulus Black Mini Off-The- Shoulder Dress

Lulus black off-the-shoulder dress is perfect for homecoming/prom or date night or just a cute dress to have for fun. This dress zips up in the back and is intended to be worn off-the-shoulder but, it can be worn over the shoulder (depending on personal preference). For a reference, I am 5”7 and the dress hits my mid-thigh.
