🍁Vintage 100% Silk Handmade City Tie

This vintage handmade tie is made of 100% silk and features a colourful city scene with people and buildings. Though the colours are rich, they're a little dark and subtle. The interior of the tie is white and shows visible dirt and wear on the thick end. The thin end has a tag listing material content and original price ($45!). There is no maker's tag, and I haven't had any luck figuring out who made this piece. The only word on the front of the tie is BOX, written on top of a blue box-like shape, but I don't think it's a Doctor Who reference. The tie has wear (as seen in the white fabric) that also shows as a sort of dark diagonal (see pictures 5, 6 and 7), as well as some wear on the edges of the piece (see pictures 2 and 5). There may also be a few stitches that need to be replaced or redone. Despite the wear and lack of maker name, this is one of the most beautiful ties I've seen. The colours and pattern are very unique and interesting. Please look closely at the pictures to see the level of wear.
