Can you move your arms in this?

The material has a lot of stretch, so it’s very comfortable and doesn’t feel restrictive on your arms at all. The only thing I noticed is that if you’re moving around a ton or dancing, the top can ride up slightly toward the shoulders but that’s pretty typical with this style of top.
