Moon River for Anthropologie:
💯 Cotton maxi skirt with large blue floral design.
Has a small lining in the waist area. Gorgeous full skirt. Colors are amazing.
Could be worn as a strapless dress due to elastic waist.
It is a maxi skirt if worn as a skirt.
Length: 36 in measured down the center.
Waist flat approx 16 when stretched out so waist all looks even. It’s like a pyramid waist when hung on hanger. That’s why might be able to use as strapless sundress or with a tshirt under. I bought for skirt purpose for a shower.

@vtbritt48 The waist is tough to measure with the heavy elastic. It is small on gets wider. I get approx 16 when stretch so looks all same width if that makes sense. Has stretch for sure. I wear an 8 jean and had room with the stretch.
