This vintage women's short kilt was made in 2007 by Lochcarron in Scotland. It features a 30.5-inch waist and a 41-inch hip. The tartan design is Macbeth Modern. The photos may appear brighter than the actual tartan, especially the red, which is more muted and very stylish. The kilt is made from 100% wool.
