Bright and colorful vintage dress and matching sash, from the 60s or 70s. Black with vibrant red, pink, gold, green, and purple flowers. Short sleeves. No tags. Approximately size medium. 17.5 inches from armpit to armpit. Waist measures 17 inches when lying flat. Total length 37.5 inches. While not really a mini dress, it is fairly short.
