70's Vogue's Basic Design Misses Dress Pattern 2648 - Size 16 Dress Pattern

This is Vogue's Basic Design misses' dress pattern #2648, marked size 16, bust 38, hips 40. (About a women's10 in today's sizing). I believe it is from the 70's. Note: The pattern HAS BEEN cut, but all the pieces and instructions are present. There is light wear to the envelope. Please see the pictures for details.
