80's Ukrainian Ceramic Bud Vase - Ukrainian Folk Art - Ukrainian Collectible

This is a pretty Ukrainian patterned ceramic bud vase. Decorated by Elsie E______ of Toronto Canada, this black/red against white vase measures 5" tall and has a 1" opening. I'm guessing it's from the 80's, but could also be a 70's piece. In excellent vintage shape, the only flaw is that I can't read the last name of the decorator. A lovely Ukrainian collectible.
