crystalkicks @90stimeturner sure no problem. It was on when I opened the package but when I went to put it on the clasp fell off completely. I found the clasp but the tiny loop that attaches the clasp to the necklace I couldn’t find. How do u want me to send the photo?

90stimeturner @crystalkicks I understand which loop you’re talking about, it’s actually easily fixable with a pair of pliers and small metal loops you can buy from craft stores or dollar shops. However, if you think you cannot fix it, please send me back the item and I will easily fix it.
