90’s boho papillon maxi

This gorgeous dress is a vintage 90’s Papillion boho style maxi dress. It has a faux bolero button top with scalloped hem and functioning buttons. Beautiful embroidery and beaded edges. Excellent condition, just a few loose threads and freys here and there within the embroidery. Fits small and has no zip. Measurements laying flat: Shoulder to shoulder-15.5” Across bust-15” Across back-15” Waist-15” I honestly don’t know what size it is. Labelled Small
