ASOS Black Watermelon Mini Dress with Cutouts

Adorable black mini with watermelons. There are cut outs on each side of the dress with two ties. The cut outs are about 6" down. The dress is about 14" pit to pit though the ties could be loosened. Has adjustable straps.
