In very good condition. Looks like a dress when on but is a skort bottom It is true to size. I am a 16 or 1x and it is too big for me. I would say it would hit most above the knee, mid thigh or lower. The waist is elasticized, and the top is a wrap style so I think it could fit larger than 2 x....due to the style the measurements wouldn't really help Black with confetti in blue green and gray
