This is a really cute dress. A pretty red floral pattern The top when laid flat is 21 inches pit ot pit but has a little stretch The Waist is about 20 inches across and the shoulder to hem length is 38 inches. I am 5'3 and it hits above my knees.. The fabric is 100% Viscose with a little stretch. Can be washed in the machine, best to hang to dry Ruffle at the bottom of the skirt The sleeves have a tie at the wrist. That could be easily removed if you are not a fan Cute floral pattern.
