emjo198 @rachelsrunway oh yes, right. I meant is the design of the skirt originally intended to hit above the knee? Afterwards people can style as they wish. I’m 5’10 and it must hit below knee.

rachelsrunway @emjo198 I promise, I'm not trying to be evasive, but I can't say how it will fit on you. The best I can suggest is to measure a skirt of yours that does hit below your knees -- see if it is 20 inches long. :)
