Antique black velvet purse wristlet

Fabulous antique purse! Very small opening. Has tarnished like silver but I have not seen Any hallmarks. I may try to polish it but I’m afraid to ruin the velvet so may leave it up to the new owner to do. There are some initials engraved. Unique enclose that you press down on to open. Has signs of past polishing on the frame. Very unique item and would be lovely to hang or add to a shadow box. Very gothic looking could be used as an evening wristlet but not a lot of room inside maybe some id and cash. The frame has come away from one side and could use a stitch to secure it again. I just found an old picture in it!! I will include it! So neat! I’ve had this for years but never noticed!!! Please see photos for the best description thank you
