katiecake991 @mcmillem Hey there, it's prettyyy low cut and I have no boobs which doesn't help the situation. I've seen this styled with a chunky sweater, thin turtleneck, or a T-shirt underneath. You could wear this with nothing underneath but I'd highly recommend fashion tape.

katiecake991 @chloseg unfortunately I don't fit this item so I can't say. When I last took a photo in this I was probably a size 6 and I found it too tight so I think it would be TTS.
