BLUE v neck knit cardigan. Periwinkle blue

Handmade knit cardigan . V neck button front with cable knit pattern on front Gorgeous periwinkle blue with blue buttons . Wonderful little sweater . Fabric unknown . Soft feel , bit of stretch . Cotton blend perhaps Please see photos for measurements. There is some stretch but this is definitely small . I’m a medium typically and while I can get it on it is not a good fit
