BNWT High neck Steve Madden dress. Size S

BNWT - Steve Madden Mo dress in Cocoa. Super chic, high neck with ruching. This was never worn (only tried on) and still has the tags on. I bought it for an event and noticed it had a small stain on it. Stain isn’t super noticeable once dress is on, but have included in pictures for transparency. Was unfortunately too late for me to return or exchange so selling for cheap here! It has never been washed and tags are still on. Size small!
