Beautiful Qipao dress with Mandarin collar

Lovely dress with raised feature and embroidery. Features blc piping on arms, neck and side slits. Feels like it may be silk, but label is in Chinese characters. In like new condition Measures 17 across bust, 15 at waist and 40 inches in length stitching has let go above slit at bottom. Easily fixable. Says size XXL but more like a small- medium
