Beautiful cute blue flower hearts shiny bracelet

Super cute blue hearts and main flower are like little stones and also Fake shiny stones/rhinestones.Colors still looking great and shiny ,receive as a gift but never worn,been sitting in a box. Note sure if it's metal or stainless but it's Fake with silver color . I have allergies and only Wear yellow gold ,that's why Indon't Wear it.
