mjanson1228 With that much piling, no one will purchase. You should submit a claim to lululemon for quality assurance and they will send you a new pair.

alexandraminard @mjanson1228 thanks for the advice! they are an older pair of mine and they were a gift so I do not have proof of purchase but will definitely give it a try!

mjanson1228 @alexandraminard you don’t need proof of purchase :). Just fill out the form online under quality standards. You will need to mail them out to lulu and then they should give you a gift card. You can also bring them into a store as they can assess them there as well :)
