Black and white skirt

This fun skirt has been to New Orleans as well as other fun places in North America. Mini skirt in front, long at the back. Short white slip. Waist elastic still has a bit of give. This skirt looks great with a corset. Size large. There are a couple of spots that are getting a bit frayed, but a quick stitch or two should fix it up. Great for parties and costumes.
