Beautiful knee-high, black leather outside, tan leather lined, walking boot. Made in Spain. Sz 39 / 8.5. Pewter buckle at top and ankle. 1/2 zipper at mid calf. Great shape, barely worn. Heel is 1.5" tall. Shaft is 20" long.

gmamaja @dabergs1 Hi! It is almost 8" at the top of the boot, with an elastic gore giving it some extra stretch. Then, tapering down to 7" at about mid-calf, where the top of the inside zipper is. I will add a couple of pics of the interior side of boot, showing measures.
