Blair Vintage Blue and White Striped Collared Blouse

This vintage striped top by Blair is fresh and fun. It has thick white elastic banding around the cuffs and the bottom of the blouse, and a single button closure by the neck. The cut is very vintage, with the sleeves and body connecting much lower than in modern pieces. What I find unique about this piece is the tag. I could not find any other garment by Blair with this particular font, which looks to me like the Barbie font. I couldn't find any information about a crossover or separate line. Maybe you can solve the mystery? This piece does not have a size marked but it measures like a size large, depending on the desired fit.
