Blue stretchy strapless dress never been worn.

Blue strapless dress with rhinestones and peekaboo middle. Bought brand new and Never been worn but just noticed two of the rhinestones are missing . Hardly noticeable with the shine from all the others. No size or brand tag visible but I’m usually a medium and it fits well. Would prob also fit a size small
