This jacket has been hardly worn. I sent a picture of the fur on the jacket are the front of the coat (hood ) to Canada Goose and they asked me to send the jacket into them. They put on new fur, steamed the jacket and restuffed the jacket as part of their service. The fur the considered to be a bad peice prior to their replacement. So pretty brand new in my option
