Chanel ballet flats size 40 lightly worn

Chanel ballet flats bought second hand. I only wore them maybe 2 times but they are the slightest bit tight for me. I'm an 8.5/9 and I think they would fit a true 8.5 better. They still fit me but they squish my toes the slightest bit. No box unfortunately since I'm not the original owner. Please note first picture reflects the colour best. The rest were taken in bad lighting I just realized!
