superwasp @cactus_shop @rossh482 I am pretty sure that the little nob of thread you are referring to (which looks like a flaw) is an extra button sewn on the other side of the placket, is it not? That's common practice in sewing. The extra button stays more securely attached to the shirt and its less annoying than if it is attached to the fabric content tag on the inside.
