Gorgeous colours on this dress! It’s in like new condition. It has ruching under the bust line and then falls gently down the body. It has a V-neck with padded cups. The cups are not removable. It has some elastic at the back of the neck for comfort. The black ring at the neckline can be moved up and down. It doesn’t have a fabric tag, but is a lightweight, slinky material with lots of stretch. It’s wrinkle free so will pack well. There is a washing tag, hand wash, and lay flat to dry.
