Club Monaco 90s or Y2K fitted cap sleeve lightweight cotton blouse

Listing this as a small. Though the tag says large, I purchased this second hand and it fit me well when I was a size small! Cute Peter Pan collar and the fabric print has a retro feel. Fabric is very lightweight 100% cotton and is slightly sheer.
