Hi! is it 100% wool? Is it true to size? What condition is it?

@jumangyster hi! it's in great condition other than the loose buttons (they don't affect wear and easy fix).
it's 87% wool, but not itchy at all. the rest is 9% nylon and 2% elastane which makes it nice and stretchy if needed.

@jumangyster about 17 1/2 inches pit to pit, 33 inches top to bottom :) lots of stretch too.
