A fab little cocktail dress with shine! This is conservative enough in the length and chest to be comfortable at a business event or gala and has that extra power move of shoulder pads. Form-fitting with a very flattering pattern. Great for holiday parties and NYE! For those that want a little sparkle, but not TOO flashy. Reposhing unworn, it didn't fit me.
