[SOLD) Blue and White PLAID SCHOOLGIRL MINI SKIRT

Purchased from cutiekillofficial online store a few years back. Selling as it just doesn't comfortably fit me :( Very short skirt, high waisted. Waist measures 13 inches when laid flat, length is 14 inches. Labelled as an Asian S = US XS. I'm a US 4, so should fit US 2. Worn 2 or 3 times, in great condition except for a tear in the safety pants on the left leg, NOT noticable when wearing, see the final picture! I've patched this up with clothing tape but it could also easily be sewn back up.
