Cute sleeveless rows of “tweed” Talbots blue dress with white, pink & green

Super cute Talbots 16P tweed effect sleeveless dress with rounded neckline. Rows of blue and white tweed alternating with rows of blue pink white and shades of green. Front pockets that are still sewn in to remain flat but stitches can be released. Back features invisible zip and hook and eye closure. Fully lined. Dress is in good condition. Very minor fussiness to the tweed.
