DESIGN LAB - BLACK PEPLUM TOP

Black sparkly design lab peplum top. The peplum is sooo flattering. I’ve work this with jeans, skirts, you name it and it works. It’s in excellent condition. It does have some stretch to it. The zipper goes far enough up the back that you can definitely wear a bra with this.
