Very good preowned vintage condition dark navy blue/black, designer, pleated, 4 button waist skirt with gold anchor/nautical buttons. This is such a cute skirt. Love this one. It's super comfortable and flattering too. Beautifully and extremely well made. Feels like 100% cotton, but couldn't locate the tags. Almost like a thin canvas.
