This is a Desigual fit & flare belted short sleeve scoop neck dress. It’s got sequins and jewelled patterns on the front. I could not find a size or material tag. It feels like a cotton blend stretch material though. I’ve listed as a medium based on the measurements below. It’s in otherwise excellent condition no signs of wear.
