Stunning 100% silk fabric, rustles and holds its shape. Gorgeous colour a great alternative to black. Two small hidden front pockets below waist are real! Waist about 13.5 inches, and waist band is inset, doesn't stretch. Hips about 18.5 in Gorgeous classic pencil skirt. 24 in long from top of waistband. Width of skirt at bottom is 19.25 in (not so restricting that you can't walk in it) Bought it at Holt Renfrew in Toronto circa Y2K
